This 2.4m Drift no. 5 is made to be more than just a table—it’s a centrepiece for flexible living. With open sightlines, space to move, and a community feel, the clients wanted something oversized that invited people to gather, spill over with dinner plates, and breathe in the room’s energy.
The table is crafted from handpicked Devon ash, sourced with a beautiful olive streak running its entire length. Its extra-wide (1m) top allowing for flexible seating arrangements and comfortably seating 8. The recessed frame gives an elegant lift, so the table feels substantial without overwhelming. Finished in clear hard wax oil, its gentle sheen lets the wood’s natural grain shine, and shift with the light. It’s perfect for long lunches that stretch into evening, for working, hosting, or just leaning in and talking.
